Collaboration yields enhanced guided pathways and intranet development.

Atlantic Cape Community College wanted a website that showcased its personalized student experience and unique academic offerings. To achieve this, ACCC partnered with Beacon to redesign its Guided Pathways page, create a One Stop landing page for student services, and launch an intranet for faculty, staff, and students.

By streamlining content and introducing bold, user-friendly graphics, Beacon created a site that makes admissions and academic pathways easy to follow. Complementing this, the new intranet delivers a central hub for internal stakeholders, freeing the external site to focus squarely on prospective students and their decision-making process.

Together, these enhancements position ACCC to strengthen campus connections, highlight its value, and drive enrollment growth.

Improved Guided Pathways

Atlantic Cape sought a fresh approach to presenting its guided pathways. With Beacon’s support, nine pathways were redesigned and updated with an emphasis on clear, intuitive navigation. These reimagined pathways now help students connect their interests to academic programs and future career opportunities.

In addition to a redesigned website, Atlantic Cape requested a dedicated intranet to support their faculty, staff, and student community. Beacon coordinated both projects simultaneously to optimize resources and deliver maximum value for ACCC's budget.

Beacon's Project Management Office worked hand-in-hand with Atlantic Cape's internal teams to ensure everyone remained aligned from the first strategy meeting through design and development. When it became time for website migration, Beacon's IT Services team partnered directly with Atlantic Cape's IT staff to coordinate a seamless transition of website services.
