Joining as a Digital Content Specialist, she is a valued member of our continuously growing Content Team. When she is not learning and growing at work, she spends her time cooking, indulging in reality TV or traveling to her favorite place, California! She has been a great help in her short time on board and we are very lucky to have her.

Keana Massey

She is the VP of UX Design and Development and has been a pillar of the Beacon family. She is sort of our jack of all trades go-to here and has dabbled in a little bit of each area of the team. She is a stellar leader and never hesitates to step in and lend a hand when need be. What is she doing when she is not at the office? Running behind her adorable son Jaxson, rescuing and caring for any plant that she can get her hands on or planning her next Disney trip with the other Disney fans at the office!

Olivia Earley

She is the Director of Digital Advertising and our resident chef here at Beacon. With her love for baking taking a small lead over cooking, we have enjoyed every sweet treat she has blessed us with at the office. Fun fact: she brought cookies to her interview! Did it sway the panel, the world may never know, but she got the job! When she is not in the kitchen, she is hanging with friends, family, and her adorable baby girl.

Since Beacon's inception in 1998, our team has prioritized giving back to organizations both locally in the Piedmont Triad and around the world. With several opportunities each quarter to lend a helping hand, we set aside paid time for all team members to get out of the office and make a difference in the lives of our neighbors. We proudly support the United Way of Greater Greensboro and have partnered with organizations such as Backpack Beginnings, Senior Resources of Guilford County, Greensboro Urban Ministry, Horsepower Therapeutic Learning Center, and many more over the years. At Beacon, we know that the fulfillment of aiding others in need is just as important as delivering excellent service to our clients.
