Beacon extends its sincere gratitude and congratulations to Tracy Dirks, President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Senior Partner of Beacon Technologies, for 25 years of dedicated service to the company!

A remarkable 25-year career is an impressive achievement in itself, but this milestone only begins to capture what Dirks has accomplished. Since joining Beacon in 1999 after a successful tenure at AT&T—where she served as Chief Architect for the Human Resource Information Systems Organization and a Division Manager—Dirks has been instrumental in Beacon's growth, transformation, and sustained success.

In March 2024, Dirks was named as Beacon’s new President and CEO, a well-deserved culmination of years of leadership, dedication, and expertise. Throughout her career, Dirks has been a driving force behind Beacon’s evolution, strategically transitioning the company away from government contracts to becoming an industry leader in digital marketing and website design for higher education and multifamily property management.

Dirks also played a pivotal role in establishing Beacon’s Project Management Office, creating robust processes and assembling the talented teams that enable the company to consistently and efficiently deliver high-quality services across the United States and internationally. Through it all, she has exemplified Beacon’s cornerstone commitment to outstanding service, both to our clients and to our community through the BeaconCares program.

As President and CEO, Dirks is leading Beacon into an exciting future, championing advancements in areas such as personalization, automation, analytics and technology to continuously drive higher value through results for our customers. At the same time, she remains focused on preserving Beacon’s unique culture that values teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional work-life balance.
