An improved user experience leads to increased enrollment.

In an effort to modernize and organize a sprawling site that spread across numerous sub-domains, the stakeholders at Guilford Technical Community College turned to Beacon to deliver a solution. We launched into a strategy phase that encompassed user behavior analyses and focus group feedback, then used that data to develop a new, contemporary design. The result was a  significantly enhanced user experience that placed essential information within easy reach, streamlined the application process, and ultimately boosted enrollment.

Record Breaking Enrollment

GTCC saw a 6% uptick in enrollment after launch, the first annual increase in seven years, and an additional 7% growth the following year after Beacon's restructuring of their website and the implementation of a guided application process.
