All BITS plans deliver the same level of service — our tier options differ only in included support hours and resulting scheduling priority. Every plan includes onboarding, setup, and installation.
Emergency and critical requests receive a one-hour response time with a 24-hour resolution goal. High-priority issues receive a four-hour response time, while medium-priority issues receive a 24-hour response time.
Standard support is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET, with after-hours emergency support available when needed.
