Ever wonder what the best process or method is for managing a web project? I’ve been a project manager for quite a few years, managing web projects – both large and small – and totally appreciated the article below. So many companies have very complex project management methodologies in place where all the I’s must be dotted and T’s must be crossed. With those methods you tend to spend so much time in documentation that you often lose sight of what’s most important – simple communication and the people. This article does a great job of showing one how to manage a project from a simplistic point of view and provides some interesting tools to manage projects as well.  I particularly like the cork board suggestion – I think I’ll give that one a try!

Check it out!
