User Experience Review & Analysis
Beacon conducts on-site interviews with key stakeholder groups that are typically identified by our clients. For Higher Ed projects, these interviews may include Admissions Directors, marketing staff, Deans, current students, alumni, parents, etc. For retailers, these might include executive staff, customer services groups, consumers, etc.
Beacon typically uses online surveys to evaluate user experience as these are convenient to participants and cost-effective. And of course, Beacon conducts focus group sessions to understand priorities, identify needs and gauge the passion first-hand in a more collaborative group setting.
