Based on all the up-front reviews and analyses, Beacon provides a comprehensive Strategic Plan that covers the following:


Business Strategy: Defines milestones, dates, deliverables, roles and expectations of both parties, features, functionality, training/documentation needs, development requirements (coding languages, screen resolution, browser support, text/image sources)


Website Content Strategy: Preliminary, high-level site hierarchy diagram (information architecture and navigation), along with key strategic elements.  May include a detailed or summary level content inventory, and guidelines regarding content creation, delivery and governance of your website content.


Design Strategy: Use of corporate style guide and/or extension thereof to effectively and properly apply to digital media and your website.  Preliminary wireframes and creative mockups for initial visual perspective of design strategy.


SEO & Digital Marketing Strategy: URL strings, internal link structure, landing pages that are carefully coordinated with your business’s targeted key phrases. Recommendations and general digital marketing strategy for other channels (paid search, social media, email, etc.) and Google Analytics setup/configuration.


Technology Strategy: Specifications and recommendations for the technical infrastructure to support your website, such as hosting services, database requirements, content management software, ecommerce software, site search software, product review software, calendaring software, recommendation engine software, reporting software and any other 3rd party software or hardware that may be required.
