Standard Shared Web Hosting Fees

Beacon does not outsource web hosting. Our customers receive the benefits of a state-of-the-art, fully redundant and secure facility (TW Telecom) coupled with veteran administrators that are on staff to provide the services you expect: Monitoring, Business Continuity, Backup & Recovery, Administration and Site Management. Our staff provides a minimum 8 hour (next business day) response time, which you can upgrade to 4-hour or 1-hour if needed. Bottom line is that you have direct access to the resources that manage your online business.

Notes:

• Fees are for each domain.
• All hosting accounts receive POP email accounts, FTP access, web analytics, daily/weekly/monthly backups, regular maintenance upgrades and direct access to Beacon's Technical Support Group (TSG).
• Database server(s), SSL, load balancing and eCommmerce are available for all packages, except the Starter Package.
• Minimum 1 year contract required for hosting services.
• Automatic upgrade if overruns occur in consecutive months (as a convenience to paying incremental fees).
• $.03/MB Data transfer overrun charge.
• $.10/MB Disk storage overrun charge.
• Additional charges apply if package limits are exceeded.
• Individual email quotas are 50MB.
