Shared Hosting
For smaller websites and applications, take advantage of Beacon's shared hosting services where you reduce expenses by sharing hardware and network infrastructure. This allows you to the best possible performance at a fraction of the cost to receive top-of-the-line services.
Beacon offers a wide variety of standard shared hosting packages that include an ample allocation of disk storage, data transfer/bandwidth, FTP accounts and email accounts. All hosting packages include regular weekly full backups and Google Analytics' industry-leading web analytics software so you can effectively monitor and analyze the traffic to your web site. Optional services include SQL Server Database Management, SSL Support, ecommerce software, Real Media Server, and several common plug-in modules.
Dedicated Hosting
Beacon provides dedicated hosting for many of our clients. Our senior administrators setup and manage your server(s) in Beacon's private and secure areas at Time Warner Telecom's multi-million-dollar hosting facility. You take advantage of TWTC's facilities and Beacon's network, system, and database administration expertise, but you own or lease your own private hardware.
Data Center
Beacon uses state-of-the-art Hewlett Packard, Dell and CISCO hardware unless otherwise requested by a client. This equipment is housed in a highly available co-location facility monitored and maintained on a 24/7 basis by Time Warner Telecomm. The TWTC facility utilizes such infrastructure as redundant SONET fiber optic network rings, redundant industrial diesel generators plus full battery backup, an FM2000 fire suppression system, redundant 30-Ton Liebert HVAC systems, and redundant gigabit Internet circuits from TWTC.
This combination of industry standard, high-quality equipment and full enterprise-level infrastructure allows us to provide you with a high level of availability and quality while maintaining extremely competitive value.
Money-Back Availability Commitment
Beacon Technologies, Inc. commits to have the website available for http/https access by third parties not less than 99.5% of each calendar month, except for specified exclusions. If in any calendar month, Beacon does not meet this standard of availability, 5% to 25% compensation will be rendered based on ranges of availability deficiency.
