Pricing
Pricing for ecommerce, website and web application development is quoted on a project-by-project basis. Every project is different, and the price depends on the technical complexities of your requirements and the associated labor. We understand that price is a major factor when deciding on a vendor, along with technical experience, meeting delivery dates and trust in the working relationship.
Just like building a house, it is nearly impossible to price construction without a blueprint. For some smaller website development projects, we can provide a full quote. However, for custom web application development and large ecommerce projects, we require the following two phase approach. This also gives you the opportunity to work with, and evaluate, the Beacon Team during the Analysis & Design Phase before committing to the Development Phase, which is typically much more expensive.
- Phase 1: Analysis and Design (Blueprint)
- Phase 2: Development, Testing and Implementation (Construction)

Basic BeCommerce.NET and AspDotNetStorefront are quite robust and provide all the features required to run your online store without significant customization. Factors that increase the price are (A) creative design requirements, (B) number and complexity of custom interfaces, (C) number of custom features and/or special requirements that you require that are not standard with the base software, and (D) volume and complexity of your product inventory. |
