NC: New Grasshoppers Site Launched
Beacon is proud to announce the launch of the new Greensboro Grasshoppers minor league baseball site. Building upon the existing site, the home page was re-designed to include a video player, provide game day information directly on the home page and most importantly, highlight all the great events scheduled for the ballpark. In addition, interactive features were added: a Fan Poll was added to the home page and the stadium map was upgraded to provide actual views from the seats.
“I’m excited about being able to showcase Beacon’s web design and technology services locally, especially with Grasshoppers, since baseball is one of my passions,” says Mark Dirks, Beacon’s President. “Our season tickets are shared among all the employees and their families, plus we are sponsoring the Beacon Blast this year. You’ll just have to come out to the ballpark to see what happens when a Hopper hits a homerun!”
