GA: Redesigned Gift Site Launched
Beacon announces the launch of a newly designed wholesale gift site. The 24-year old Georgia-based company is known as one of the largest balloon distributors in the world. Beacon developed their original ecommerce site several years ago and now introduces a much more modern design.
"We have a great graphics design team that has been pushing to utilize their flash and video skill more and more, especially internet speed increases," says Mark Dirks, Beacon's President. "We have begun including high-end, creative flash presentations with many of our new web projects, but this one also includes video, which is run through our home-grown video player." The new site also was launched under a new URL address and introduced a series of significant functional enhancements as the company continues to emphasize the customer-friendly experience that has made them so successful.
