Beacon to Develop Customized CRM System

A national medical equipment firm, headquartered in NC, has begun working with Beacon to develop a state-of-the-art, web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The system manages the entire sales cycle from prospecting to the final sale and presents the data in a visual dashboard that tracks the company's sales team, opportunities, and coverage across the United States. Beacon was selected because of its technical and systems development experience because the project requires complex data relationships and integration with software to produce dynamic maps.
