Account Executives / Sales Representatives

Beacon Technologies, Inc. is always searching for qualified people to add to its sales force. Candidates must be self-motivated, knowledgeable and dedicated in order to represent Beacon in the Greensboro, Charlotte and Raleigh North Carolina areas. Beacon provides a variety of custom and standard packages for website development, web marketing and hosting services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and internet technology, with the distinct ability to develop new business by working closely with prospective customers in a consultative manner. The objective is to help Beacon’s customers take full advantage of the web to improve their business.
Selected candidates will receive training in Greensboro and will work out of a virtual office (i.e. not required to live in Greensboro). Compensation is base + commission plan with full benefits with specific monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements
- Consultative approach to sales by analyzing client business processes against their business objectives in order to propose effective web solutions.
- Exceptional communications skills; written and verbal (phone, email, face-to-face) with the ability to communicate in an effective, professional and efficient manner.
- Possess solid work ethic, teaming, adaptation to fast-paced environment, and works well under pressure
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with Internal and External customers
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Self-motivated, positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
